Shipping

While we charge a flat rate for shipping, if actual shipping is lower than the flat rate charged, you will be reimbursed the difference via your payment method. It is not our intent to profit on shipping and we want to make online purchases affordable for our customers.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $18 within Canada and orders over $150 within Canada qualify for free shipping. For shipping to the US, please email billing@thestitchery.ca for a quote. Any duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Items pre-ordered are non-refundable.

Returns

Returns will be accepted for defective products. Please contact us directly to arrange return of defective merchandise.
